MEASURE YOUR FEET CORRECTLY

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR YOUR SHOE

Research has shown that 26% of men and 41% of women have their feet grow by at least 2 centimeters with age, something that is not widely known. Especially in women, after pregnancy, their feet spread out in width, resulting in them being forced to take a larger size due to the width.

It's good to remember that the best time to try on a pair of shoes is in the afternoon, when the fatigue of the whole day has accumulated and your feet are already swollen.

An all-leather pair of shoes will easily take the shape of your foot, unlike a synthetic one, which may never take it, so you should not believe that a pair that is too tight when you try it on will open in the future. It is also very important to keep in mind that shoes open in width, NEVER in length, so do not skip the traditional movement of grabbing your big toe to see if the capacity you have up to the toe of the shoe is satisfactory.

Your worn and worn shoes have something to tell you… they inform you about the way you walk, so pay attention to their wear and tear. On the heel, for example, wear is usually greater in one of two places, either the inside or the outside, depending on whether you step outwards or inwards. Between the phalanx and the metatarsal if your shoe makes an overflow, a strong curve means you have a bunion, watch it to see if it grows and don't squeeze it with narrow shoes.

MEASURE YOUR FEET.

Like the test, the measurement should be done in the afternoon. To correctly measure the size of both of your feet, you will need two sheets of A4 paper, a pencil or pen, a ruler, a tape measure and a friend. If you don't have a friend, get a chair in which you will sit with your weight properly distributed on both of your feet. Make the outline of your foot with your pen in a vertical position, put a mark where your heel bone begins and one where your longest toe ends. Draw a straight line to connect these two points, repeat the same process for your other foot. Measure the length of the lines and take into account the largest measurement between your two feet. Then, wrap the tape measure around the widest points of your foot, above your toes, to measure your width, and in this case, take the largest measurement into account.

The measurement charts used by each company will help you calculate your size. If your size falls in the middle, choose a size larger.
