Refund policy
Returns are accepted ONLY when customers respect and follow the EXACT return instructions.
1) - Submit your wish to return.
The return policy does not apply to bids and special orders. For all the rest, log in and use the Contact Form so that the return request is submitted and you inform us about the problem you are facing. Receipt date is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to check the overdue. Shipping is done at your own expense.
Without our prior information and consultation, no return will be accepted.
2) - SHOES MUST BE RETURNED UNTIL
Your right to return the shoes expires when you can not return them in the same condition in which you received them.
Try them ONLY on a soft carpet, with thin socks, WITHOUT removing the protective film from the sole. Handle them with great care during the test. Once worn, avoid movements that can "crumple" scratch or open the skin. Your shoes must be returned UNTIL. Scratches on the soles are not allowed due to use on hard ground. Again: We recommend caution when trying them on to avoid disappointments on return. Shoes must be sent back within 7 days of receipt, in the exact shape as you received them. If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
3) - RETURN SHIPPING
Customers can return their shoes within 7 days of receipt. At the end of these days, your return policy or your refund rights will expire. The product is returned together with all the documents that accompanied it, ie the retail receipt, consignment note plus the receipt from the transport company, which you must also send us.
4) - SELECTION OF A NEW COUPLE
Once all the above terms and conditions have been met, we will be happy to give us time to make you a pair from scratch as soon as we receive your shoes back. Upon implementation they will be shipped to your location and we will pay for the shipping costs. If you do not find the model you want, you can select models from future collections.
When you return shoes we send you the news at our own expense, only once. After that you can still change the shoes (again), but then all shipping costs (back and forth) will be charged to your account.
No refunds for newly selected shoes at lower prices. When choosing shoes with higher prices, you must fill in the payment difference before we send you the new pair.
COUPLE CREDIT
If you can not find new shoes that you like, you get credit from the store that you must use within a year. New models are designed monthly and our collections are enriched.
