You can return a product and we will replace it with a similar one if the following conditions are met. Changes are not made to products on sale. You will only be charged the shipping cost once. If the product you want has a different price upwards, you will pay the difference, if it has a lower price, we will not refund your money but we will provide you with useful materials (paint, cleaning brush, polish, etc.)

1) Contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product, explaining the reasons for which you wish to exchange it. The date of receipt is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the deadline.

2) Without prior notification and agreement, no returns will be accepted.

3) The product is returned together with all the documents that accompanied it, namely the retail receipt, shipping note plus the receipt from the shipping company which you must also send to us.

4) Keep the shipping receipt from the shipping company or post office until you receive an email that we have received your return.

5) Returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, that is, in excellent condition, complete, with any accessories, without damage, without having removed their labels or tags, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. In the case of shoes, we recommend that you be very careful when trying them on. Do your first rehearsals wearing only the left shoe on a carpet so that the soles or heels are not scratched by hard surfaces. Under no circumstances should you remove the protective nylon from the sole. Wear thin socks and do not insist on putting your foot in if you see that the shoe size is small because it will open and ruin its shape. Once worn, avoid movements that can ''wrinkle'', scratch or open the leather.

6) Provided that the above terms and conditions have been met, you will have the opportunity to choose a similar product in terms of type and price from our site. If you do not find something that satisfies your taste, you reserve the right to choose something from our next collections.

7) If the returned product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.

• Store them in a fabric case or box, away from moisture and sun.
